Information for Special Session Organizer
Due to some limitations of the free version of EasyChair, we cannot create a multitrack setup. To get around this, Track-Chairs will be assigned as Senior PC members. With the "senior PC member" role, you will be able to create a pool of sub-reviewers for your track, view subreviewers' comments, and submit your final decision as a meta-review.Belows are summary of the intended review process:
- Papers are submitted to IES 2015 via the EasyChair system, the authors shall specify whether a submission is for the main track or a special track.
- All submissions will be checked for plagiarism by the IES team.
- Submissions will be assigned to corresponding track chairs.
- Each track chair handles the review process online using his pool of subreviewers.
- The track chair will be able to see all sub-reviewer reviews and submit his recommendations when the review is complete.
- IES Program chairs shall moderate recommendations from all tracks. Please verify that you can access the EasyChair with this "Senior PC" role, if you have any questions pls contact Prof.Somnuk Phon-Amnuaisuk,
